The 2025 Remington Internship Program launched in early June, immersing a group of interns into the company’s culture.

Following orientation, interns were introduced to their mentors and department managers, who will provide guidance and support throughout the summer.

In their first few weeks, interns participated in a technical drawing class designed to enhance their skills in both manual drafting and 3D modeling—key competencies in the firearms and manufacturing industries.

The group delved deeper into manufacturing, touring separate areas of the plant. This offered insight into the detailed processes behind Remington’s ammunition production and craftsmanship. The group then had a hands-on demonstration of the precision and expertise at the brand’s gun club, where they shot a round of skeet.

While the internship has certainly involved focused learning and hands-on experience, there have also been a few perks and opportunities for interns to connect and enjoy the experience together.

For instance, The Remington Marketing team offered professional Remington headshots to the interns, so they’ll have polished images to use in their professional journeys.

They also took a well-earned break with an adrenaline-fueled evening of go-kart racing—an experience to build friendships and camaraderie. The group was also surprised with an exclusive “Gauge” Intern T-Shirt—a thoughtful token to commemorate their internship experience and welcome them into the Remington family.

From professional development to hands-on experiences, Remington’s interns are fully engaged. With mentorship, camaraderie, and insider industry exposure, these kickoff to their internship has set the tone for a summer packed with growth, learning, and unforgettable memories.
