Jason Vanderbrink

Chairman and CEO

Jason Vanderbrink is Chairman and CEO of The Kinetic Group. Jason previously served as Senior Vice President of Sales for all the company’s brands. He joined Vista Outdoor’s sales organization in 2005 and has held roles with increasing responsibility. Jason has more than 17 years of increasing leadership experience in the outdoor industry, including five years with The Cullerton Company.

Jason earned his bachelor’s degree from Saginaw Valley State University and his master’s degree from Missouri State University. He completed the University of Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme in 2013. Jason serves on the National Shooting Sports Foundation’s (NSSF) Board of Governors.

Jeff Ehrich

Chief Legal and Integration Officer

Jeff Ehrich, Chief Legal and Integration Officer, The Kinetic Group, has served in a variety of roles with the Legal Departments of Vista Outdoor and its predecessor, ATK, which he joined in 2011.

He was most recently promoted to Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary in 2018. Prior to that, he served as Associate General Counsel from 2015 to 2018, Senior Counsel from 2013 to 2015, and Counsel from 2011 to 2015.

He began his career as a police officer, then served as a commercial litigator before joining ATK.

Mark Kowalski

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Kowalski, Chief Financial Officer, has served in a variety of roles within the Finance Departments of The Kinetic Group as well as its predecessors Vista Outdoor and ATK which he joined in 2002. He is responsible for the accounting, treasury, tax, financial reporting and governance functions at The Kinetic Group.

Prior to his current role, he was the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since November of 2019, Corporate Controller since January 2019 and the interim Corporate Controller and VP, Tax since August 2018. He led the tax department at Vista Outdoor since its creation and held increasing roles of responsibility in the tax department at Orbital ATK prior to Vista Outdoor’s spin-off where he focused on all areas of tax including tax accounting, planning and compliance. He began his career with Deloitte.
