Federal Ammunition was honored to serve as a Silver Sponsor of the Anoka County Brotherhood Council (ACBC) Food Shelf's inaugural Golden Gala, celebrating the organization's 55 years of service to families throughout Anoka County and neighboring communities.

Held Aug. 11 and emceed by KARE TV’s Morgan Wolfe, the sold-out event united community leaders, supporters and local businesses around a shared mission of addressing food insecurity and helping neighbors in need.

The gala raised thousands of dollars in support of ACBC programs, including the organization's new Outdoor Refrigerated Food Locker Program, which will increase food distribution capacity by approximately 30%, creating access for more than 150 additional visits each week.

"The support ACBC Food Shelf received at the ACBC Golden Gala was overwhelming," said Wendy Behm, Director of Advancement for ACBC Food Shelf. "It means so much to the organization to have amazing community partners like Federal, which have been and continue to be such strong advocates for fighting hunger."

Beyond fundraising, the event strengthened connections among more than 150 supporters committed to improving food access across the region and recognizing ACBC's decades of community service.

"Through ACBC's history, the generosity and involvement of businesses like Federal, and their dedicated employees, have been vital to ensure our neighbors receive food, clothing and resources during their time of need," Behm said.

Federal is proud to support organizations that improve quality of life in the communities where its employees live and work. Through partnerships with local nonprofits such as ACBC Food Shelf, the company remains committed to helping address critical community needs and creating lasting positive impact.

As ACBC looks ahead to its next chapter, Federal congratulates the organization on 55 years of service and is proud to support its mission of fighting hunger and strengthening local communities.
